RD26 NRL Preview- REYNOLDS, WALSH & MADGE DRAMA! Broncos Imploding as Manu Heads to PNG
Description
The boys are back for another massive episode of League of Inches as Round 26 approaches, with plenty of NRL drama, contract news and big questions to unpack!
We kick things off with the $50 weekly giveaway, The amazing gesture from the NRL and South Sydney to have Jai Arrow play the next two games — and why comparing his situation with the recent Adam Reynolds saga is wrong.
The Broncos drama is back! Why did Reynolds want to play, only to rule himself out, and why were the coaching staff initially blamed? Did his retirement deserve a bigger announcement? And what do we make of Reece Walsh liking a post calling the handling of the situation “embarrassing and sad”? Is Michael Maguire guaranteed to be the man in charge next season?
Plus, we debate Mitch Moses’ captaincy, Joey Manu’s move to the PNG Chiefs on a two-year deal and where he should play, Jacob Preston’s huge extension with the Bulldogs, and Hudson Young’s massive $1.1 million Raiders offer as PNG looms.
We also discuss Cole being named ahead of Talagi with Cogger suspended heading into the finals.
Finally, we wrap things up with the Round 25 Best Bets results, before revealing our Round 26 best bets and tips.
Subscribe, like and follow League of Inches for more NRL news, opinions, banter and weekly tips!
