Back at the beach for the Maryland Counties Conference, we welcome Tom Perlozzo – yes, he's Sam's brother - back from Ocean City to talk tourism, families, the lure and lore of the beach and how Maryland is trying to compete with Virginia Beach year-around for youth sports events and all of the great economic benefits of that happening with the new proposal.
