No. Apple silicon Mac only, and only if you are in Work or Codex. Regular Chat never got Messages. The web is out. The iPhone is out. An Intel Mac is out.

What does Always allow do?
It takes the last look away. Default is ask-before-send: it writes it, it shows you, you tap send. Always allow means ChatGPT sends it as you. No preview. Your name. Your number.

How do I take the keys back?
Settings, Computer use, Manage next to Messages. That is the revoke. The plugin lives in ChatGPT, not in the Messages app. Do not go digging in Apple Settings for this one.
