Shelby Osborne acquired 51 doors by age 30 using the BRRRR strategy, VA loans, private money, and courthouse records nobody else wanted to chase. She bought her first intentional investment - a duplex - in November 2017 while still in the Army, got out in January 2018, and closed 16 doors that first year while becoming Keller Williams Rookie of the Year. She runs 18 Airbnb doors (14 owned, 4 arbitrage), manages a real estate brokerage called Five Pillars Realty Group, and uses systems and checklists for everything so the business runs without her.
