Fede and Steve hired experienced VAs at $5 to $8/hour through a company that fires underperformers for them. They built SOPs in Notion, automate with Zapier, and learned the pepperoni pizza hack: bury a secret word at the end of your listing description, offer $15 off to guests who read it, and you'll know they read everything. Cleaners remain the thorn - the third visit always brings the B team. Houston's oversaturated with one-beds at $40/night, but the guy running a three-bed house at $85 owns it outright and runs a cleaning fleet, so his spread still works.
