General Hospital spoilers are anticipating some dramatic turns in Port Charles. The rumors are swirling about the return of Cassius Faison, played by Ryan Pavey, who was earlier believed to be dead. Two possible recasts and some deaths are also speculated, with Brennan played by Charles Mesure, getting a twist in his storyline. The town is still under the impression that Cassius, a villain in their eyes, died trying to stop Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), but the truth is far from it. Interestingly, Cassius is not dead, and we can expect his return in the fall. 

GH spoilers suggest that John Brennan, played by Chris McKenna, is rumored to leave the show with his character being killed off. Brennan's entanglements with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen), and Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison), may lead to some serious trouble, possibly factoring into his death. 

Spoilers for General Hospital hint that Jenz Sidwell, played by Carlo Rota, appears to be in his final arc. He might die too or help Brennan escape and get out of Port Charles. The WSB storyline and the Hudson Tucker (Troy Lennon Appel), Delilah Wilson (Lily Cardone), and Phoebe Wilson (Lucia & Luna Creighton) story are set to overlap, leading to an umbrella story. 

More GH news considers that fans might have to wait a bit longer to say goodbye to Robert Scorpio, played by Tristan Rogers, due to Finola Hughes and Steve Burton's long breaks. This delay has pushed the memorial for Tristan Rogers to next year.
