When all is said and done 

After everything has been considered or finished — in the end.

We use it when we want to move past the details and focus on the final result or the most important truth.

Example:

Imagine you’re planning a holiday with friends.

You spend ages discussing flights, hotels, restaurants, and where to stay.

Everyone has a different opinion.

Eventually, someone says:

“When all is said and done, as long as we’re together and having a good time, that’s what matters.”
