On Tuesday morning, ESPN reported that the Big Ten is set to pass a rule that bans NFL players from returning to college football in their conference. In light of Dae’Quan Wright’s case, the Big Ten is expected to move forward this rule, and this brings in the question if the other leagues will follow.
