Ca: L'olor de cafè torrat omplia l'aire dins la petita cafeteria al Barri Gòtic de Barcelona.
En: The smell of roasted coffee filled the air inside the small café in Barri Gòtic of Barcelona.

Ca: Era un matí d'estiu, i el sol es filtrava per les finestres, escalfant l'ambient.
En: It was a summer morning, and the sun filtered through the windows, warming the atmosphere.

Ca: Oriol estava assegut a una taula de fusta gastada, bevent lentament el seu cafè amb llet.
En: Oriol was sitting at a worn wooden table, slowly drinking his coffee with milk.

Ca: Portava una camisa lleugera i pantalons curts, perfecte per l'ocasió.
En: He wore a light shirt and shorts, perfect for the occasion.

Ca: De sobte, la campaneta sobre la porta va sonar.

Ca: m'he adonat quant trobo a faltar la nostra amistat”, va confessar Oriol.

Ca: Va mirar breument cap a Marina, amb un somriure amable.
En: He glanced briefly at Marina with a kind smile.

Ca: Lluc va posar una mà sobre l'espatlla d'Oriol.

Ca: "També t'hem trobat a faltar, Oriol.
