20+ Police Calls Before Four Children Were K*lled.. RONALD WILLIAMS - The Winfield Family
Description
In August 2026, a family of six was found shot dead inside their home in Winfield, Kansas, after 53-year-old Ronald Williams Sr. called 911 and said he had killed his family and intended to kill himself. The victims included four children: Carol Williams, 9, Ronald Williams Jr., 7, Sarah Williams, 5, and Kelly Magee-Williams, 3. Initially, authorities believed Ronald alone was responsible. Three days later, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation announced that evidence indicated Ronald and his partner, Kelly George, jointly planned to kill their children and then themselves.
This Family Tragedy episode examines the Winfield killings, more than 20 prior police contacts, DCF involvement, documented paranoid behavior, firearm incidents, the children's removal from public school and the unanswered question haunting the community: with so many warning signs scattered across different systems, could anyone have recognized the danger in time?
