Tuesday Transit — Mercury Crosses the Threshold | Astrology Ride of the Day
Description
The Moon opens the day in Aquarius squaring Chiron — mystery and imagination running straight into the question of what you're actually capable of holding — before walking through retrograde Pluto, where the reveal isn't the price you pay before freedom, it's most of the freedom itself. Pluto retrograde at 3° Aquarius sextiles Neptune retrograde at 3° Aries, quietly checking whether your sense of power comes from within or from being noticed. Then the Moon trines Uranus, offering a way to work with whatever just got exposed, before Mercury finally crosses into Virgo — domicile and exaltation, its strongest seat in the sky — trining Chiron the same way the Sun did at the season's opening. Feeling and understanding arrive almost together today, before most people have even had coffee. Know thyself. Balance your energy.
Takeaways
- The Moon squares Chiron in Aquarius, exposing the gap between feeling a wound and being able to explain it — mystery and imagination running against the question of what power you're actually capable of holding.
- Retrograde Pluto sextiles retrograde Neptune at the same 3° degree, asking whether your sense of personal power is real or borrowed from being noticed — a private check before it's ready to be seen.
- Mercury crosses into Virgo today, its strongest seat in the sky (domicile and exaltation), and immediately trines Chiron — the same trine the Sun made at the season's opening, now touching the mind instead of the world.
- The Moon's Chiron square (emotional) and Mercury's Chiron trine (mental) both land before most people leave for work — feeling and understanding arriving almost simultaneously, a good window to actually release something old.
