Most calendars are designed to keep you productive.

Not peaceful.

I just heard a better way to think about time.

I asked Byron Athene, in our last show, about a calendar he built with his wife, Hilary. What he said stuck with me

For him, the problem isn't time itself.

It's the pressure system wrapped around it.

His answer started with a simple frame:

Unconditional love and universal acceptance.

ULUA.

Byron says that came out of his own struggle with a stutter.

He had to learn self-acceptance first.

Then gratitude got bigger than just him.

That led to something even more interesting:

A two-month rhythm instead of the usual 12-month grind.

10 weeks of ULUA.BYRON+++++

Then one full Zen month.

No tracking.

No clock-watching.

Just space to breathe.

What I like about this idea is how human it feels.

Most of us don't need more discipline around time.

We need less panic inside it.

Still thinking about this.
