Description
Who are you when the titles, expectations, accomplishments, mistakes, and opinions of other people are stripped away?
In The Identity Audit, we take a deep look at the versions of ourselves we sometimes create just to survive, fit in, gain approval, avoid rejection, or protect ourselves from being hurt.
Somewhere along the way, you may have learned to become who everyone else needed you to be while slowly losing connection with who you truly are.
This episode challenges you to examine the masks, labels, roles, habits, and old narratives that may still be shaping your identity.
Ask yourself:
Who taught me that I had to become this version of myself?
What am I still carrying that no longer belongs to me?
Am I making decisions based on who I am—or who I had to become to survive?
What version of myself needs to be released so the real me can finally emerge?
An identity audit requires honesty. It means looking beneath the curated image and confronting the gap between the person you present to the world and the person you know you are becoming.
You are more than your past.
You are more than your mistakes.
You are more than the roles you perform.
And you do not have to spend the rest of your life living according to an identity that was created by pain, pressure, rejection, or someone else's expectations.
It is time to Pause. Reflect. Refocus.
Take off the mask.
Examine the labels.
Release what no longer belongs to you.
And rediscover the person you were created to become.
