Shawn Clement is a world-renowned Canadian PGA certified golf instructor. As a successful teacher he helps his students to improved wisdom by emphasizing the difference between "Positional Teaching and Learning" and "Task and Target-base Teaching and Learning." Shawn talks with "On the Mark" about the efficient use of the Torso, Hips, Legs and Feet in the golf swing. In so doing he dives into the subject of "Ground Reaction Forces" (GRF) and how you can swing well and use the ground to develop power and consistency in your golf swing. He shares images to help you to understand the overall body movement in concert with the free swing of the golf club.  He also give tips and drills to help you practice and improve your body movement and swing.
