Over the last two decades, I’ve built multiple businesses across brokerage, real estate investing, and property management, helping clients and investors create long-term wealth through real estate. My passion for real estate started early through an interest in development and investing. I moved to Charlotte to pursue the business full-time, building custom homes while earning my real estate license at night. Since then, I’ve grown a business that has closed more than 1,200 transactions and expanded into property management and investment consulting across the Carolinas. Today, I lead a high-performing real estate team while also running Scarlett Properties, a property management company focused on helping investors scale and protect their portfolios. I’m passionate about building systems that allow businesses to grow sustainably, creating long-term financial freedom through real estate, and helping agents transition from solo operators into true business owners.
