LMTYS: Three Things Big Sal NEEDS to See in Denver
Description
The Pack is in Denver for preseason game number two, and Big Sal cannot sit still. Forget the twenty-eight to nine we ate in Pittsburgh — that was one loud drive and then the battery light. Tonight's the first look at whether there's a real motor in this football team.
Sal's got a list, Pack Nation. How long does Jordan Love actually play, because with the starters likely sitting the Lambeau finale, this Denver evening might be the whole preseason for number ten. Does rookie kicker Trey Smack — already three-for-three with a fifty-eight-yard bomb in his pocket — launch one into that thin Mile High air and rewrite the record book. And the one that keeps Sal up at night: with a possible seventh receiver spot on the line, which bubble guy grabs it — Isaiah Neyor or J. Michael Sturdivant — and which one goes home.
None of it counts in the standings. All of it counts for the men on the field. Peshtigo's finest is locked in like it's a playoff game — because to somebody out there tonight, it is.
Subscribe, leave a review, and share it with the buddy who says "it's just preseason." Sal cares too much. That's the whole show.
LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHIN, PACK NATION!
