Indiana football continues to recruit some of the best high school talent in the country, and another HUGE visitor is expected in Bloomington this fall.

On today's Locked On Hoosiers, Jacob Goins breaks down three Class of 2028 prospects expected to visit Indiana, headlined by Casey Barner, the nation's No. 1 safety according to the ranking discussed on the show.

Barner has offers from programs including Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Michigan, Ohio State, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas and Texas A&M—and now Curt Cignetti and the Indiana Hoosiers will get an opportunity to bring the elite defensive back to Bloomington.

Jacob also discusses four-star Louisiana safety Jayden Keelan, with Indiana potentially positioning itself well early in his recruitment, plus highly rated in-state defensive lineman Sam Hirschy from New Palestine. Indiana isn't just expanding its recruiting footprint nationally—the Hoosiers are also trying to keep the state's best talent home.

Then, TJ Pittinger of Big Ten Football Addiction joins the show to discuss the continued chaos surrounding college eligibility as players with NFL experience pursue opportunities to return to college football.
