Description
The Sealed Book, “Queen of the Cats,” originally broadcast June 24, 1945, is episode 15 of the Mutual Broadcasting System supernatural anthology. Philip Clarke hosts this tale, written by Robert A. Arthur and David Kogan and produced and directed by Jock MacGregor.
Chris Arnold’s troubled marriage to the glamorous Rhana Farouk has left him haunted by her unnerving devotion to cats. As he tries to reclaim the life he once imagined with Jane Elliott, he becomes increasingly convinced that the watchful felines around Rhana are part of something far more sinister. The script was adapted from an earlier 1944 The Mysterious Traveler production.
