Beyond the Gates spoilers reveal that Hayley Lawson (Marquita Goings) has devised a deadly plan to kill her husband, Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett). Hayley realizes that she doesn't need poison; her body can be the ultimate lethal weapon. Despite Bill's hospitalization and medical care, Hayley is determined to carry out her plan, even if it means causing Bill's cardiac arrest during an intimate moment. 

BTG spoilers suggest that Nurses Shanice Johnson (Ernestine Johnson) and Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob) are struggling to keep Hayley in line, as her antics have already set off Bill's heart monitor once. However, Bill supports Hayley's actions and fights against the nurses, increasing the tension in the hospital. Hayley is determined to get around the heart monitor, potentially with help from Randy Parker (Maurice P. Kerry), who may have a contact who can help fake a normal signal on the machine. 

Spoilers for Beyond the Gates suggest that Dana 'Leslie' Thomas (Trisha Mann), also known as Danny, could walk in at the worst possible moment and catch Hayley in the act. Official spoilers reveal a confrontation between Hayley and Danny, leading to Dr. Madison Montgomery (Kenjah McNeil) receiving conflicting versions of events. Bill's eagerness to leave the hospital and recover at home could play into Hayley's hands, giving her the time and privacy to carry out her plan. 

More BTG spoilers indicate that the plan is not without risks. With many already suspicious of Hayley, a chain of visitors, including Danny, Chelsea Hamilton (RhonniRose Mantilla), Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit), and Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom), could interrupt her at any moment. If Madison discovers the poison in Bill's system, the tables could finally turn on Hayley.
