Episode Details

Nick brings Nathan back for Part Three of their 10-Year Draft Retrospective series, covering the changes among forwards in the last 10 years of the draft. They discuss the tweener distinction mostly shifting from the 3/4 to the 4/5, and the evolution of defensive responsibilities for forwards. They also cover the top of the 2022 NBA Draft class at length, and how Paolo Banchero, Jabari Smith Jr., and Keegan Murray typify the evolving expectations for larger forwards. Finally, they wrap up by discussing some of the top forward prospects in the class, including some Cooper Flagg discussion and a debate about two very different forwards in Collin Murray-Boyles and Rasheer Fleming.
