Episode 171 Published 4 weeks, 1 day ago
Description

A conversation with Art Vernon, a naturist and a rabbi, who believes that social nudity does not violate his religious beliefs and traces the origins of non-sexual nudity to the story of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. Rabbi Vernon discovered social nudity at Fire Island National Seashore about 15 years ago. In the years following, he has practiced naturism in the United States and in Israel and he relates some of his experience as the only nude bather on Israeli beaches. He has also been surprised to discover naturists among Orthodox Jews.
