Episode Details

In this episode, Marsha sits down with her husband, Brad, to talk about his journey from competitive CrossFit into Olympic weightlifting and the road that ultimately led him back to competing on the world stage.

Brad shares how his love of lifting heavy drew him into the sport, the tricep rupture at the provincials in 2025 that threatened his ability to compete again, and what it took physically and mentally to work his way back.

This conversation goes beyond the numbers on the bar. It’s about resilience, patience, belief, and continuing to pursue something that matters to you, even when the path looks very different than you expected.
