Fraternity House Cocaine Ring Exposed | Annapolis News
Description
A Penn State fraternity house is at the center of a major cocaine trafficking investigation after an informant tipped off police about a dealer nicknamed “T-Rob” using a Venmo account named “Tom Robinson.” That led investigators straight to Thomas Robinson, who was stunned when police raided his house in December — thinking they were fraternity brothers playing a prank. He was Tasered into custody, and officers found tons of drugs, a handgun, and cash. Robinson allegedly got into the scheme after being recruited by a fellow brother in July 2023, then bought out the original dealer by December. He made huge purchases from another student, Agostino Abbatiello, who’s now in custody. Twelve others are charged, including Robinson’s father for allegedly hiding evidence. Penn State has suspended the Delta Upsilon fraternity while the case unfolds.
