Josh Sigurdson reports on the decision by the British Columbia government in Canada to give 97,000 square kilometers of land to First Nations bands. This is the largest land grab in Canadian history since its inception.

The land being transferred eventually is 12 times the size of Vancouver. It is the size of the country of Portugal.

Now, there is nuance to this story. It isn't exactly set in stone as many are claiming, yet it does appear that most of the paperwork has been done to take this land. The documentation goes back to the 1990s on this and conveniently, the government has made massive regulatory moves recently to make it happen.

While the Conservative Party of BC claims this is happening in secret, the NDP which controls BC claims it is false.

One of the parcels of land being transferred is Hatley Castle, a historic 1908 castle on Vancouver Island which has many claiming this is direct cultural warfare.

While land grabs are absurd and no consultation is happening on this with the public, it should also be pointed out that this only includes public and crown land. That means, it is being transferred from the CROWN which has a long horrific history to another group of governments known for deep seeded corruption.

This move also means zoning laws and codes would not apply in the areas transferred. That isn't really a bad thing considering the codes and zoning laws in Canada are absolutely insane.

Again, this seems more of a move to demoralize the public culturally and divide people. One can say many things about how the Canadian government and previously the British government hurt indigenous communities. Two wrongs however do NOT make a right and this is furthering the divide agenda as civilization as we know it crumbles.

Moreover, this clearly is more evidence that the state owns the land and you don't. This is what the WEF says is "owning nothing and being happy." Are you happy?
