Description

First, the plaintiffs purchased a dog from the defendant, but they found out the puppy had died, so they're suing for a refund. Then, the plaintiff says her ex-boyfriend, the defendant, borrowed money from her. However, the defendant hasn't yet paid it back, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant argues he never asked for the loan. The plaintiff just gave it to him.

Plus, the plaintiff was involved in a car accident, and the defendant's tow company went to retrieve her vehicle. The defendant didn't tow the vehicle to where she asked, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the cops told him to tow the truck to his shop.
