Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to: Apply evidence-based risk stratification tools and guidelines to address anticoagulation gaps in primary care patients with AF; Assess the clinical impact of suboptimal anticoagulation on AF stroke prevention; Evaluate emerging strategies for AF stroke prevention, including factor XI/XIa inhibitors; and Outline multidisciplinary, equity-focused care strategies incorporating social determinants to optimize AF stroke prevention in diverse populations.
