Family Life's Sarah Harnisch sits down with Alliance Defending Freedom's Chelsea Youmann on the B.P.J. case before the U.S. Supreme Court. In West Virginia v. B.P.J. (decided June 30, 2026), the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 6–3 that states have the authority to restrict transgender girls from competing on women's and girls' school sports teams. The court found that state bans do not violate Title IX or the 14th Amendment's Equal Protection Clause.
