How many different systems do you or  your team log into every day?

Your CRM. Property management software. Accounts. Referencing. Maintenance. Compliance. E-signatures. Reporting. Marketing…

One by one, they might seem like sensible investments but all those small costs quickly add up and so does the time it takes jumping between systems, duplicating information and trying to remember where everything lives.

In this episode, we’re talking about death by a thousand logins and why having more technology doesn’t necessarily mean having a more efficient agency.

I share a recent example where mapping a client’s customer journey uncovered eight different systems doing overlapping jobs. By stepping back and looking at the whole journey, we were able to reduce that to just four, cutting costs, reducing logins and making life considerably easier for the team.

Because sometimes working smarter isn’t about finding another system to solve the problem. Sometimes it’s about realising you already have three systems doing the job of one.
