There’s been yet more movement in Wisconsin’s data center build-out. The tech company Oracle has dropped its lawsuit challenging the new credit rating requirements state utility regulators approved this spring. And those same regulators voted last week to send the American Transmission Company back to the drawing board on its application to connect the Port Washington data center to the electrical grid. Our News Producer Faye Parks sat down with Tom Content, executive director of the Citizens Utility Board, to find out how consumer advocates are staying on top of the regulatory chaos.
