Since the last time Steve joined us, a lot has changed at Jerry’s Market in Sanford. We caught up on the growth of the business, including their smoked meats, breakfast and lunch specials, and made-to-order sandwiches. Jerry’s Market has also added an agency liquor store, bringing even more to the local community.
But this conversation goes beyond what’s new at the market. Steve and I talked about the things he’s learned since our last conversation—the challenges of running a business, the lessons that come with growth, and what it takes to keep moving forward.
