This time around, Dr Bill and I discuss ancient wisdom that is as relevant and powerful today as it was millennia ago. We talk about some of the core ideas, messages, stories and lessons taught by the Stoics before the apostles were playing beach volleyball and how they (the Stoics) were the psychologists, sociologists and human behaviour experts, of the day. It appears the world has changed a lot, but we have not. Many of the same issues, challenges and problems remain. That is, all the human stuff. Enjoy.
