“Brain drain” is the phenomenon of early career, college educated adults leaving the state where they were born for jobs in another state. A recent study published by the Wisconsin Policy Forum (WPF) found that Wisconsin’s brain drain ranks second-to-last in the nation. To break down the findings, host Douglas Haynes speaks with WPF’s research director Joe Peterangelo and communications director and policy researcher Mark Sommerhauser.
