The Willmore City Community Association gave away 200 backpacks, shoes, books, and water bottles — plus treats for the kids. This Saturday, August 22nd, Long Beach Forward, Hood Santa (Tito Rodriguez), and the Black Student Achievement Initiative are hosting more giveaways, including raffle prizes, toys, socks, lunch, and a keynote by new Superintendent David Zaid.
