Disability advocate and adaptive athlete, Sam Longmore travelled 441 kilometres through over 20 rural and regional communities to raise $204,000 for rural mental health. In this episode, Sam speaks about the experience and the strong community support she received along the way. Sam also speaks about mental strength, definitions of "success", confronting mental challenges and moving on after the accident that led to her injury. On the eve of her accident, Sam was poised to join the ADF and now spends her time helping others through her connection to Rural Aid and Riverina Bluebell.
