Ella opens up about navigating a male-dominated workplace, experiencing sexual harassment, the victim-blaming and silence that can make it difficult for women to speak up, and eventually reaching a point where she knew she could no longer return to that environment.But walking away from aviation wasn't the end of her story.
Ella shares how her experiences led her back to African Women in Aviation and Aerospace Mentorship (AWAM), an organisation she had started years earlier and how she began creating the mentorship, community and support she wishes she'd had when she was entering the industry.This is the final part of Ella’s story.
