Description

Not Every Alarm Means Stop

Running along a ridgeline at Larapinta today reminded me that fear and discomfort are information, but they aren’t always instructions to stop.In this episode, I explore the difference between danger, a problem that needs solving, and the discomfort that simply comes with doing hard things.Endurance athletes, and great leaders, don’t ignore warning signs; they get better at interpreting what those signals actually mean.Resilience isn’t pushing through everything. It’s developing the judgement to know when to stop, when to act, and when to simply keep moving.
