Description

Major updates could soon be landing on your grocery store shelves. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently unveiled two sweeping policy proposals: establishing a formal definition for ultra-processed foods and requiring food manufacturers to disclose every chemical added to their products.
Earlier this week, FOX News Rundown host Jessica Rosenthal spoke with HHS Senior Advisor and author Calley Means about what these proposals mean for consumers, and why he believes Americans have been "poisoned at scale" for decades.
Scott Faber, Senior Vice President at the Environmental Working Group, also spoke to the Rundown about the changes and why he calls them a good step—but explains why he believes more needs to be done to get harmful chemicals out of our food.
We often have to cut interviews short during the week, but we thought you might like to hear the full conversations.
Today on the FOX News Rundown Extra, we share our entire interviews with both Calley Means and Scott Faber, giving you a deeper look into what they say is dangerous about the food in our grocery stores and what can be done to make it better.
