Attorney Greg Joseph joined Liz Collin on her podcast to talk about a new lawsuit headed to the Minnesota Supreme Court that aims to take down the wall of secrecy surrounding absentee ballots — and who decides whether your vote counts or not.
Joseph, who represents the Minnesota Voters Alliance, explained how "cities and counties are exercising local authority in areas where they don't have any local authority to exercise" and that "the guidance that the Secretary of State provided to all these cities and counties across Minnesota is bad guidance."
