A man accused of killing a Mississippi father and daughter is charged with capital murder. Law enforcement officials announced that a months-long investigation resulted in the arrest of 18-year-old Charles Lark IV. The suspect is accused of shooting and killing 42-year-old Victor Gonzales and 19-year-old Serenity Gonzales back in March.
A man will spend 15 years behind bars for sexually assaulting a child. 51-year-old Joey Dearman pleaded guilty to fondling a minor in Prentiss County. Dearman will serve his prison sentence without the possibility of parole or early release.
