There are 8,000 foster care children in Tennessee, and only 4,000 foster families stepping up. However, if one family from each of the churches in Tennessee said yes to a child, the foster care system would be eradicated. Kathleen is laser-focused on making this happen through educating and equipping the body of Christ.
