Friday, August 14th: The believers addressed in Hebrews had heard God’s Word for years, but they had become spiritually sluggish and stopped growing. Spiritual maturity is not measured by time, knowledge, or church attendance, but by truth practiced through consistent obedience. God calls us to move beyond dependence, train our spiritual senses, and allow the Gospel to make us increasingly like Jesus.
