🎙️On this episode of the Kingdom of Dreams Podcast, I sit down with acclaimed director Dan Attias to discuss his work on The Sopranos and Alias.

Dan takes us behind his approach to directing, from working closely with actors and shaping performances to understanding the power of silence within a scene. We discuss how sometimes saying less can create greater tension, emotion, and meaning.

It’s a fascinating conversation about directing, performance, collaboration, and the importance of silence in storytelling.

He has directed episodes of some of television’s most celebrated series, including The Sopranos, The Wire, The Americans, Homeland, Alias, Six Feet Under, Deadwood, Lost, and Entourage.
