Episode Details

Practice No. 7 is now in the books for Ohio State's 2026 fall camp, and the defense was the talk of the day.

Following practice, Tony Gerdeman and Tom Orr of BuckeyeInsiders.com got a chance to talk to defensive coordinator Matt Patricia and several OSU defensive linemen about where things stand a week into fall camp.

In this episode of the Buckeyes TomOrrow Morning podcast, you'll hear them discuss:

• How a whole lot of new faces could lead to a very different look compared to the 2025 defense
• The process happening right now to figure out the best fits for the 2026 Buckeyes' defensive personnel and scheme
• How and when they will line up in a 4-3 defense as opposed to a 4-2-5
• Why Patricia is so encouraged by what he's seen from a young group of linebackers
