I've spent countless hours in State, Superior and Federal Court defending my actions. I've been sued (unreasonably, I might add) by a career criminal on Federal Release. I've chased people into houses and been told by judges and lawyers that my actions were not allowed.
Today I will go into some of these true stories. Real successes, real mistakes, and most importantly, why?
If you don't know the boundaries, you open yourself up to committing criminal and civil violations by mistake against the community you swore to protect. Screw that.
