Followed by Mystery in the Air starring Peter Lorre, originally broadcast August 14, 1947, 79 years ago, The Lodger. A good adaptation of the classic Jack the Ripper story.
Then, Broadway Is My Beat starring Larry Thor, originally broadcast August 14, 1950, 76 years ago, The Mary Deming Murder Case. Mary Deming, the girl voted most likely to succeed in high school, is found murdered in her rooming house.
Followed by The Crime Club, originally broadcast August 14, 1947, 79 years ago, The Gypsy Sings of Death. A tea leaf reading, a lost bracelet, and a gypsy caravan lead a reporter to murder.
