Episode Details

CBS Radio Mystery Theater presents “Honeymoon with Death,” originally broadcast January 11, 1974. Episode 6 of the series’ first week, this psychological crime mystery was produced by Himan Brown for the CBS Radio Network and features Lois Nettleton, Tony Roberts, Teri Keane, and Norman Rose.

Newlywed Jennifer Brady returns from her honeymoon to a terrifying discovery in her apartment—but when Officer Ed Helmut investigates, there seems to be no body, no evidence, and no sign that a crime occurred. As Jennifer’s sister Maggie challenges her account, a few unsettling details, including a red sports car outside, deepen the mystery.

CBS Radio Mystery Theater presents the original broadcast with a newly produced contextual introduction, a short closing announcement, and gently cleaned/mastered audio for a more consistent listening experience.
