Episode Details

Miami Hurricanes' training camp heats up as unexpected standouts rock the projected depth chart. Can Jordan Lyle's resurgence and Daylyn Upshaw's consistency push them into starting roles for the 2026 season? Alex Donno spotlights surprise disruptors—including offensive linemen Ben Congdon and SJ Alofaituli—who could force Mario Cristobal to rethink his offensive lineup before the Stanford opener.

Key topics include the Hurricanes' relentless physicality in practice despite modern limitations, standout speedsters like Girard Pringle and Vance Spafford, and the ongoing QB1 development of Darian Mensah against a top defense. Additional segments examine Miami’s TV and conference future, offer updates on infamous referee Terry Porter, and tackle persistent rumors surrounding the team. Will Miami’s new faces give them the edge in early, winnable matchups—and can this bold approach bring the Hurricanes back to national prominence?
