No.

Trump is using economics as part of the war.

That's what they don't understand.

Trump restored maximum pressure on Iran in 2025 specifically to deny the regime revenue and choke off the resources supporting its nuclear program, missile program and terrorist proxies. (The White House)

And now the military pressure has made the economic pressure more powerful.

That's not a pivot.
