The Chicago Bulls’ NBA Cup schedule is official — and it might tell us very quickly how far Bryson Graham’s rebuild has really come.

On today’s Chicago Bulls Central, Haize breaks down why the Bulls’ NBA Cup group could be the perfect early-season measuring stick. Chicago opens group play Oct. 30 at Boston, then hosts Atlanta on Nov. 13, hosts Washington on Nov. 20, and finishes Nov. 25 at Charlotte.

Each matchup tells us something different. Boston tests Chicago’s ceiling against an East contender. Atlanta tests whether Josh Giddey and the Bulls can handle physical perimeter pressure. Washington gives fans the rebuild-vs-rebuild showdown with Caleb Wilson vs. AJ Dybantsa. And Charlotte may be the floor test — can the Bulls start passing teams in the Play-In tier?
