Brian Karem is a longtime American journalist and White House correspondent who has covered national politics for decades. He is host of the podcast Just Ask the Question. Karem became widely known during the Trump years for his confrontational exchanges with administration officials and his defense of press freedom. He is also the author of several books, including Free the Press: The Death of American Journalism and How to Revive It and Slanted: How the News Media Taught Us to Love Censorship and Hate Journalism.
